About Us
The Center for Integration and Mediation Services (CIMS) is a nonprofit community organization based in Rochester, Minnesota, dedicated to building stronger, more connected, and inclusive communities.
CIMS was founded with the belief that every individual — regardless of culture, language, or background — deserves the opportunity to participate fully in society. We work to bridge divides, promote understanding, and empower individuals and families through education, mentorship, mediation, and advocacy.
Our organization plays a vital role in supporting newcomers, youth, and underserved communities by providing resources that promote integration, leadership, and conflict resolution. CIMS creates safe spaces for dialogue and cooperation among people of diverse backgrounds to build unity, peace, and shared progress.
